Common Final Product - eBook

Objective:

Create a collaborative photo portfolio showcasing the project.

Activities:

Students' photographs and descriptions are published in an e-book and on the project blog.

Conduct project activities with communication and collaboration. Help students develop social skills and language abilities.

Task Distribution:

Teachers: Guide the compilation of the portfolio and ensure all content is included.

Students: Select their best photos and write personal reflections.

Result:

This e-book is the final product of the eTwinning project "Nature's Nurture".

As the final joint product, an e-book containing the students' work and explanations was created.

This e-book consists of nature photographs and presentations taken by project members.

Students worked in communication and collaboration in this project, thus improving their social skills and language abilities.

The book is a "Nature Guide" containing the works of the project members.

Babaeski 

Babaeski is a district of Kırklareli in the Thrace part of the Marmara Region. It is neighboring Tekirdağ and Edirne. Agriculture and industry are the main sources of income. The district's lands are in the Ergene Plain and there are few mountains. In the north of the district, there are extensions of the Yıldız Mountains, whose heights do not exceed 150 m. Spring Festivals

Hıdırellez festivities are celebrated every year on May 5-6. On this special day, people celebrate the arrival of spring, organize festivities, and celebrate Hıdırellez. Colorful ropes and ribbons are hung on the branches of the rose tree. Wishes are written on the end of the ribbon. Wishes are made, prayers are said. A fire is lit and people jump over it.They leave their wishes symbolically under the rose tree. Local dishes are cooked.

Kakava Hıdırellez Festivals, held in Edirne every year on May 5-6, are one of the most important elements of our historical and cultural heritage. This festival, which heralds the arrival of spring, is of great importance as a tradition with its rituals that have been going on for centuries. It is on UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage List
